Wedding Planner Package
Our Event Management Package is ideal for the couple who has secured most of or all of their vendors and wishes to hire a professional to come in and tie up loose ends, handle the logistics, and vendor communication in the final month leading up to the wedding to ensure a smooth day!
Planning includes:
- Unlimited Portal Access
- Contract Review
- Timeline Creation & Management
- Vendor Communication
- (3) Free Planning Resources from us (Examples: Vendor recommendation, Budget help/ plan, Vendor research)
- Accommodation coordinator (Event Manager / Point of Contact) 12 Hours Day of
- Additional Onsite Assistant the day of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly! (Assistance is based on guest
- count + workload and is charged accordingly.)
- ONE Venue Walkthrough- additional walkthroughs will be charged directly to booked couple
- Rehearsal Coordination
- Set Up/ Tear Down (DECOR & LINENS ONLY)
- Layout Design/ Seating
- Client Access to Rentals
Pricing
Total Cost is inclusive of Contractor’s Services, any setup time, travel time, Labor costs, software licenses, administrative fees, assistance, and subcontractor costs.
