Frequently asked questions

Does the venue provide decorations?

We do not provide any type of decor or linens. We do, however, provide tables and black metal chairs. We have a partnership with a wedding coordinator to purchase linens at 50% off if you book a wedding coordinator package. You may use any other vendor of your choice for any rentals.

Does the venue set up the tables and chairs for the event or flip them for the reception? 

Yes, we do! We provide a 2D planner, and those services are offered in our package pricing.

Is there an outdoor area for the ceremony?

Yes, we have 3 different areas for ceremony sites. We have a permanent arbor area next to the venue and/or a concrete area for a ceremony set up if you don’t want to do it inside.

Is there an area for the bride and groom to get ready in? 

Yes, upstairs is a private bridal suite. For the groom, we offer an add-on grain bin overnight rental that can be utilized for the groomsmen to also get ready in. 

Do you provide overnight accommodations? 

Yes, we have 4 different overnight suites right on the property. Stay in a unique grain bin fully finished to meet your guests needs. See here for details.

However, there is a great local hotel in the area if expected more guests. Preferred hotel here.

Are there bartenders on site?

We do not provide bartenders. We recommend you providing your own or hiring a service. We have great recommendations for that as well a mobile bar service here. We do have two roll around bars available to use. 

How many guests does the venue hold? 

Our venue holds approximately 400 guests comfortably.

Is there heating and cooling?

Yes, the barn is climate-controlled with heating and air conditioning.

Do you provide wedding planning services?

Yes, we do! We have a partnership with ‘Living Moments’ planning services, which is an optional add-on package. We do, however, also provide a venue coordinator the day of that is included in our packages.
